Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventative, and routine tasks. You will support the make-ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site.

The role emphasizes regular on-site attendance, responding to requests, and maintaining grounds and common areas while upholding the property's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to interact with residents and management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes, including corrective and routine maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines within the maintenance shop.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Support customer service and ensure timely service request turnaround.
