Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician at Lake Harris Cove in Leesburg, FL. The role focuses on maintaining amenities and apartment interiors, preparing homes for new residents, and performing painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks to uphold curb appeal.

Applicants should have HVAC knowledge, irrigation troubleshooting, and be able to work independently. EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) and CPO may be required; on-site, full-time position with potential

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required.
EPA certification (Universal or Type I and II) required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
3+ years of maintenance experience across trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on apartment homes and common areas.
Paint, repair, and maintain interior/exterior surfaces and fixtures.
Respond to resident service requests and prioritize safety and quality.
Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems; address irrigation issues.
Maintain logs: EPA, MSDS, inventory, and warranties; monitor contractor work.
Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and furnish apartments.
Maintain grounds and common areas; ensure curb appeal and safety.
