Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician in Leesburg, FL to maintain and repair apartment homes and the community grounds. You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and irrigation tasks, keeping units in top condition for new and current residents.

Responsibilities include routine repairs, grounds and pool maintenance, and responding to service requests with a customer-focused approach. Flexible on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read instructions.
• EPA certification and CPO may be required or obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment interiors, prep for move-ins and vacated units.
• Perform routine repairs on walls, fixtures, doors, and appliances.
• Respond to service requests and escalate complex HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks.
• Clean and maintain grounds, pool, irrigation systems, and outdoor areas.
• On-call duties nights and weekends as required.
