Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge required.
• CPO certification may be required; EPA certification (Universal or I/II) must be provided or obtained within six months.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English for safety and productivity.
• Prefer over one year of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and maintain high satisfaction.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and facilities.
• Complete apartment turns (make-readies) including inspections and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
• Maintain community grounds and common areas and address maintenance issues.
• Support upkeep of amenities, irrigation and signage.
• Assist with maintenance operations and resident support, including moving appliances and issuing keys.
• Adhere to maintenance processes and close service requests in the system.
• Participate in on-call duty for evenings and weekends.
