Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA certifications may be required or obtained within six months.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment interiors; prepare homes for move‑in and maintain occupied units.
• Perform routine repairs including walls, fixtures, appliances, and general carpentry.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and touch up as needed.
• Maintain grounds, pool areas, irrigation, and respond to service requests.
• Follow safety standards and participate in on‑call duty as required.
