Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an On Site (Resident) Maintenance Technician to maintain apartment homes and community amenities across Florida communities. The role involves painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include prepping units for new residents, addressing service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or obtained within six months of hire.
• Ability to communicate in English and work safely in a maintenance role.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment interiors, including preparing apartments for new residents.
• Perform range of repairs: painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, fixtures and hardware.
• Maintain grounds, pool, irrigation, and common areas per schedules and safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and move-in/move-out inspections, assist residents with questions.
