Job summary

ConcordRENTS in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain apartment homes and common areas. The role covers painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscaping tasks, with an emphasis on safety and resident service.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED, EPA and CPO certifications (or obtain within six months). On-site, full-time position with benefits including PTO, holidays, 401(k) and rental discounts; on-call nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA certifications required or obtained within 6 months.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances repair, and carpentry.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property amenities and apartment interiors.
• Paint interiors/exteriors and perform repairs as needed.
• Respond to service requests and coordinate with supervisor.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS, pool logs, and inventory records.
• On-call at nights and weekends.
