Job summary

Associa On Call is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator for its corporate office in Columbia, MD. The role provides administrative, scheduling, operational, and customer service support to the Maryland Maintenance & Construction Division, coordinating work orders with field technicians, vendors, and managers to ensure timely completion and accurate billing.

This onsite position runs 8am-5pm with rotating after-hours emergency dispatch during nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves interaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in residential management, construction, or related customer service roles.
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, or construction for residential properties.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication with managers, residents, vendors, and teams.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented work style with ability to handle high volume.
