• Assigns asset management system work orders.
• Completes basic maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting training.
• Prepares weekly maintenance calendars and project schedules.
• Coaches junior colleagues on maintenance best practices.
• Trains junior staff to develop departmental capabilities.
