PDS Tech Commercial in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a Service Dispatcher/Coordinator to keep HVAC field operations running smoothly. This onsite role requires organization, clear communication, and the ability to balance multiple service requests while supporting technicians and customers.

You will dispatch technicians, coordinate work orders, optimize routes, and maintain records. Collaboration with the Service Manager and other teams is essential to meet KPIs and service levels.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch software.
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD.
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborate with technicians, managers, and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls and create dispatch tickets for every service request.
• Schedule and dispatch daily technician work orders with clear priorities.
• Optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency and meet service commitments.
• Prioritize repair requests and adjust schedules for urgent calls.
• Prepare bi-weekly technician schedules with the Service Manager.
• Document non-productive technician time and maintain records.
