Qualifications

Hands-on IBM Mainframe experience required.
Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.
5+ years experience in 24/7 operational environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of coordination for technology incidents, ensuring issues are documented, prioritized, assigned, and escalated appropriately.
Monitor infrastructure availability, network connectivity, system alerts, and service performance using enterprise monitoring tools.
Observe IBM Mainframe console activity and identify system alerts, abnormal conditions, and operational issues.
Review and assist with validating Job Control Language (JCL) and related batch‑processing activities.
Maintain accurate incident records, status updates, and escalation notes in accordance with established procedures.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams, application support personnel, vendors, and business stakeholders during incident resolution.
Support routine IT operations, scheduled activities, and other technical assignments as required.
Follow established operational procedures and participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of support.
