Qualifications

• Intermediate experience level in IT incident management
• Must have in-depth knowledge and at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Teams
• Experience with monitoring tools and mainframe environments

Responsabilités

• Functions as a Level 1 Incident Manager for critical incidents/events relating to IT technology
• Collaborate with IT staff, customers and vendors and track incidents
• Monitor mainframe control consoles and review/validate JCL where required
