Zencon Group Inc. in Michigan seeks a Level 1 Incident Manager to rapidly respond to critical IT incidents across environments. You will create, escalate, triage and track incidents, coordinating with IT staff, customers and vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires onsite presence, flexibility for holidays/shifts, and familiarity with monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold, Pingdom, PRTG, and IBM Mainframe.

Formación

• Must have at least 5 years of IT incident management experience.
• Strong communication with IT staff, customers and vendors.
• Experience with monitoring systems and mainframe environments.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Function as Level 1 Incident Manager for critical IT incidents/events.
• Quickly create, escalate, triage and track customer incidents.
• Collaborate with IT staff, customers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Utilize graphical monitoring systems to track availability of infrastructure.
• Monitor mainframe control consoles and check system performance.
• Deliver assigned tasks and assist with mainframe job control language as needed.
