Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort is seeking a Group and Events Coordinator to support spa and overnight resort group bookings and events. The role involves coordinating social and corporate groups before arrival and during stays, reporting to the Director of Revenue, and collaborating with Sales Managers, Spa Director, F&B, and activities teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in client presentations, contracts, and maintaining accurate group documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of event coordination experience, preferably in luxury or hospitality
• Demonstrated success meeting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spa and overnight resort group bookings and events
• Conduct site inspections and present to clients
• Create contracts and booking documentation
• Maintain client files and tracks in the Sales platform
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Arrange food & beverage, meeting space setup, room drops, and A/V
