Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory with training
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete training and development as required
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income and deductions
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement
• Collaborate with specialists to connect clients with bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals
