Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. The role emphasizes local community engagement, growth of the client base, and strong customer service, with opportunities to expand services into bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software, familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete training and adhere to Intuit policies; wear uniforms and participate in marketing efforts
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community partnerships
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with clear, personalized guidance
