Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work onsite, help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios, and partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, build trust in your community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through both

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep (30+ federal/state 1040s per season) with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparations, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as community ambassador and drive local client growth through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing tools to expand local market presence.
