Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while collaborating with a team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences for individuals and small businesses.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and ensure a high-quality customer journey.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or attorney license; active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours weekly, 8am-5pm.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with internal specialists for comprehensive services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver high-quality customer experience and solve tax-related challenges.
