Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end experiences, integrating tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services to help clients prosper. You will engage with local communities, build a client base, and provide exceptional service through in-person and virtual interactions, while complying with

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; 20+ hours/week; uniforms; advertising use rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct in person and via video.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences.
