Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You'll provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients navigate complex scenarios in person and virtually.

This role emphasizes ongoing client growth in the community, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering end-to-end TurboTax experiences, with on-site hours typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Flexible to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage clients in person and via Intuit tools to support year-round needs.
