Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare complex and simple returns, and serve as the local face of TurboTax in the community.

You will work with a team of tax and advisory specialists, expanding your services beyond filing to include bookkeeping and payroll. A strong focus on client relationships and local market growth is essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns and amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services across the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage inquiries in person and via digital tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end client solutions.
