• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to convert inquiries into long-term clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
