Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while coordinating with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services
• Grow local TurboTax client base and drive customer loyalty
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via tools
