Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless tax experience.

You will build local client relationships, drive community outreach, and use Intuit tools to grow the client base, while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms and advertising consent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Drive local growth by building a new client base and community partnerships; act as local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop lasting client relationships to turn transactions into multi-year partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear guidance.
