Job summary

You will help customers navigate complex tax scenarios, grow local client bases through community engagement, and provide a seamless end‑to‑end TurboTax experience using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist with tax planning.
