Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes while collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem. You will grow the local client base, deliver outstanding service, and participate in community outreach and events with marketing support from TurboTax.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and build long-term relationships.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Develop relationships and convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
