Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to perform full-service tax preparation at TurboTax locations, serving in-person and virtual clients. You’ll advise on personal and business taxes, expand the local client base, and coordinate with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

This nonexempt, onsite role emphasizes community presence, ongoing client relationships, and professional development within the TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base, organize community outreach and events, and leverage marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually, maintaining ongoing relationships.
