Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios and connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, while maintaining compliance,

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit’s video tools to address tax challenges.
