Job summary

Intuit in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at local TurboTax locations, providing hands-on tax preparation and advice while building a local client base. You will collaborate with a broad team, offer end-to-end services from discovery to resolution, and engage with the community through events and outreach, supporting the TurboTax ecosystem and Intuit’s mission.

Role requires 20+ hours weekly, on-site, with potential for peak-season expansion;

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week and complete training.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Maintain on-site presence at a TurboTax location.
