Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full‑service tax preparation and expert advice, onsite at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local client base, represent Intuit in the community, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships. The role requires on‑site presence and up to 20 hours per week with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax returns prepared per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn transactions into year-round engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools and channels.
