Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering expert tax preparation and personalized guidance. You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals and leverage Intuit resources to deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.

The role focuses on building a local client base, offering tax planning, and expanding services across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory offerings.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engage with local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via TurboTax tools.
