Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

Join a collaborative team focused on a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. Onsite role requiring 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, with potential peak-season scaling.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
