Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts, delivering expert tax preparation on-site and virtually. You will act as a trusted advisor, expanding local client bases and connecting customers to Intuit solutions for year-round support.

Expect collaborative, multi‑discipline teamwork, strong client relationships, and a service-first approach in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Serve as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and deliver standout customer experience.
