Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will perform on-site full-service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services while building a local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll engage with customers to maximize refunds, provide planning guidance, and support lifelong relationships.

Qualificações

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 50+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill to additional services with training.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local/community presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Develop long-term client relationships for year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
