Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver top‑tier tax preparation and advisory services onsite at TurboTax locations. You’ll help clients through simple and complex tax scenarios, while expanding the local customer base and collaborating with specialists across Intuit.

You will engage customers with a personal touch, support ongoing learning, and participate in community outreach to build trust and long-term relationships in the local market.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; consent to advertising use of name/picture.
• Interest in building a local/community presence; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building a new local customer base and organizing local events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for clients.
• Engage with customers in-person and via TurboTax marketing tools to foster loyalty.
