Intuit, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, while building a trusted financial partnership with clients. You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists, grow the local client base, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; consent to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, grow local client base, and lead local events with marketing support.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
