Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite, advising clients and delivering end-to-end tax solutions. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists, handle a range of personal and business tax scenarios, and actively grow the local client base.

You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, linking tax planning with payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory services while promoting Intuit’s mission and community presence.

Qualifications

• Must have EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Training and development may be required; uniforms and advertising participation expected.
• Interest in building local and online social presence; content creation encouraged.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local growth with outreach and events.
• Bridge clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and more.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Ensure high-quality service through in-person and virtual client interactions.
