Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States, delivering expert tax advice and complete returns while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for end-to-end service.

As a trusted local advisor, you will grow your client base, provide personalized service, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to create lasting value for communities and individuals.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
