Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work in-person with clients and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services. The role emphasizes building a local client base, offering holistic tax advisory, and leveraging Intuit resources to expand services in the community.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base and act as a community ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Develop long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
