Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering in-person and virtual tax support to individuals and small businesses.

You’ll perform full-service tax returns, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem. As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, minimum 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end, best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent TurboTax in local community events and marketing efforts.
