Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients at local TurboTax locations.

You will work on-site with a team, serving in-person and virtual customers, guiding them through complex scenarios. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services, and ensure an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in branding activities.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and foster community relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning experts for end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist clients in complex tax scenarios.
• Engage with clients in-person and via TurboTax tools to ensure seamless experience.
