Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks talented individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will perform in-person and virtual tax services, provide expert guidance, and help clients navigate complex scenarios while integrating with Intuit’s broader ecosystem.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory resources to deliver a seamless TurboTax experience. Onsite work at a TurboTax location is required.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Willingness to upsell additional Intuit services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences with a high level of service.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in local events.
