Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will connect clients with a broader team for comprehensive financial services, from tax planning to payroll and bookkeeping, while building lasting relationships in the community. You will work in a supportive team, assist in client outreach, and help grow the local TurboTax footprint.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Lead local growth initiatives and build a base of long-term clients in the community.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and explain tax concepts clearly.
