Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will support personal and business tax needs, advise on deductions, and collaborate with specialists to provide an end-to-end Intuit experience. Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns using TurboTax.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Coordinate with business tax advisory, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
