You will prepare tax returns, provide expert advice, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem while building relationships in your local community. The role emphasizes year-round service, in-person and virtual client support, and a commitment to delivering a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; training and uniforms provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; knowledge of holistic tax advisory encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
