Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new locations across the United States.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while connecting customers with a broader team for comprehensive financial services. As a trusted local advisor, you will engage with the community, grow your client base, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA preferred; practicing attorney with tax prep experience also acceptable.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client service.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear financial guidance.
