Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and client advisory work at a TurboTax location in the U.S. You will handle personal and business tax scenarios, deliver customized tax solutions, and partner with specialists to provide end-to-end service.

You will also act as a community ambassador to grow the local client base, leveraging marketing tools and community partnerships, while delivering high-quality customer experiences year-round.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and relationships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
