Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks an onsite TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver expert tax preparation and personalized advisory services.

You will engage with clients in person at a TurboTax location, support complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with a network of tax professionals to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. You will drive local growth by building relationships, organizing community events, and leveraging marketing tools to grow the client base while providing year-round support.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep expertise.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear, personalized guidance.
