Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support, while driving local client growth and partnerships with community organizations.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering end-to-end solutions. The role emphasizes customer-focused service and a strong local market presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews for clients.
• Explain tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow local client base and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists for end-to-end service.
