Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will build a local client base, deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience, and participate in community events with marketing support. Training and uniforms are provided; English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. federal PTIN.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience, filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum, during normal business hours.
• Willing to complete required training and development programs.
• Must be comfortable wearing company uniforms and representing Intuit publicly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver an end-to-end client experience by coordinating with Intuit specialists across services.
• Identify deductions, plan taxes, and provide personalized tax planning guidance.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to ensure satisfaction.
